Turn your idea into a working product you can validate.
An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is the smallest version of a product that still delivers real value, built to validate an idea with real users before investing in the full feature set.
The point of an MVP is not to build a smaller, worse version of the final product — it is to answer the riskiest questions about whether the idea works before committing significant time and budget to it. That means identifying the one or two core actions a user needs to be able to do, and building only what is required to support them well.
We push back on scope creep during MVP planning on purpose. Every feature added before launch delays the point at which you get real user feedback, and that feedback is usually more valuable for deciding what to build next than any amount of upfront planning.
Once the MVP is live and being used, the roadmap for what comes next is driven by how people actually use it — which features they reach for, where they get stuck, what they ask for — rather than by the original assumptions the idea started with.
For most new product ideas, starting with a focused MVP is a practical way to validate the concept with real users before committing to the full feature set.
